We aim to dispatch our products within 1-2 days after the order has been processed with delivery within 3 working days.  On the rare occasion some products may need to be sourced from 3rd party suppliers which could add a couple of additional days to the buying process.

 

Deliveries made by our couriers will occur between the hours of 8am and 6pm on the day of delivery.

You can access your tracking information via your confirmation email which you can then input onto the courier’s website, and in most cases you will see a 2 hour time slot for your delivery. 

All orders are submitted to a ground floor delivery only, access permitting. Drivers may sometimes require assistance when lifting larger, heavier items, in which case, we will be in contact with you prior to ensure someone is in to receive the delivery. 

Deliveries can only be made to Mainland UK and not offshore or to Ireland.
